- Port Management: Overseeing the operation and management of Somalia’s key seaports, including Mogadishu, Berbera, Kismayo, and Bosaso ports.

- Infrastructure Development: Planning and executing the development of port infrastructure, including new port terminals, modernization projects, and dredging activities.
